At AZPR we believe transparency builds trust. Below is a clear look at how our products are made today and where we’re headed.
Phase 0: Pre-order📫
What happens now
Before we officially launch, a small selection of products is available as a pre-order. Orders are processed through our store as normal, and your purchase reserves your item, but production and shipment will not begin immediately.
How pre-orders work
All pre-orders will be held until November or December 2026 - depending on the total order volume we have. At that point, pre-orders will close and we will place a production order with our manufacturing partner Printful.com. Once production is complete, we will receive the inventory and begin manually packing and shipping all pre-orders starting in January 2027.
Why we're doing this
Pre-orders allow us to acquire customers, grow capital and increase our cashflow in advance of our official launch. You are helping us build the foundation for AZPR's future.
Reward for early supporters
Anyone who joins us during Phase 0 becomes part of the AZPR CORE before the official launch. Your account will be permanently marked as a CORE supporter, qualifying you for the highest tier of rewards as we progress through future phases.

Phase 1: Print-on-Demand📈
What happens now
When you place an order, AZPR forwards it to our print‑on‑demand (POD) partner Printful.com. They print or produce the item, pack it, and ship it directly to you.
Why prices are higher
POD gives us the freedom to offer many designs without large upfront inventory costs, but it comes with higher per‑item production and fulfillment fees. Those costs mean AZPR’s margins are small in this phase. That’s why a shirt might be €30, a bomber or hoodie €70, and a fanny pack €40 right now.
Why buying now matters
Every order in Phase 1 funds AZPR’s growth. Your support helps us reach the volume and cashflow needed to move to Phase 2. As a thank‑you, your account will be tagged with the phase you first supported us in, and when we advance, early supporters receive exclusive rewards.
Phase 2: Bulk production👷
What changes
Once we reach steady demand, we’ll place bulk orders with suppliers. Bulk buying dramatically lowers the cost per item. AZPR will also take over packing and shipping, which reduces costs, improves delivery speed and quality control.
Customer impact
Lower production and fulfillment costs mean we can reduce retail prices while keeping AZPR sustainable. Shipping times will be faster and returns or exchanges are easier to manage.
Reward for early supporters
When we flip the switch to Phase 2, everyone who first bought in Phase 1 will receive a meaningful reward - at minimum an exclusive discount code. We're also looking into exclusive, limited gifts or custom pieces as our token of appreciation.
Phase 3: In-house production🏠
What Phase 3 looks like
Phase 3 brings hands‑on creation. We’ll manually produce or embellish items ourselves - screen printing, embroidery, or hand‑finished details - while still ordering some items in bulk when in‑house production isn’t feasible or possible yet. We’ll also import large quantities of blank products to keep costs low.
Why this matters
Doing parts of production ourselves lets us control quality, reduce costs further, and create truly unique pieces. That means even lower prices for customers and the ability to offer special runs and custom items that truly reflect our identity.
How we keep our values
AZPR isn’t about maximizing margins. We aim to keep prices fair while ensuring the brand can survive and grow. When Phase 3 arrives, prices will drop again for new customers - and previous supporters will receive another round of rewards for helping us get there.
