Production
All products in our store are made to order. Once you place your order, please allow a few business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping
Estimated delivery times after production:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 3–5 business days
• Rest of European Union: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Carriers 
We ship via trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, and PostNL, depending on your location.

Tracking 
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Large Orders
Please note that orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.

Customs & Duties 
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
